Ashley Skates is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to the ethical and professional standards of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Board. Owner/operator of the practice, and program director for Rocky Mountain Wellness Connection. With over 10 years of clinical experience, Ashley's goal is serve the community by offering premier mental health treatment to all individuals.

Eric Pearson, MSW, LCSW.
Eric Pearson is a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to the ethical and professional standards of the Wyoming Professional Licensing Board. He received his bachelors of science in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2019, and his MSW from Florida State University in 2023. Eric is an Army veteran; believing in a holistic approach to therapy. Eric's desire is to come alongside each individual, to assist in healing from trauma, help build self worth and improve communication in relationships to meet each individuals needs to meet their goals.
Specialized therapeutic approaches include: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-based techniques, client-centered approach and motivational interviewing. All ages and demographics accepted

Heather Fernau, MSW, PCSW
Heather Fernau is a Provisionally Licensed Social Worker who adheres to the professional and ethical standards of social work and the Wyoming Licensing Board. Originally from South Dakota, she received her bachelor's Degree in the areas of Psychology and Sociology (Spearfish, SD), and her graduate degrees in teaching (Master of Arts in Teaching/ emphasis on early childhood education, Hastings, NE) and in Social Work (Vermillion, SD). She is experienced in using methods of Play Therapy (specifically child-led and Alderian), Art Therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFST), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with an emphasis on trauma based therapy techniques. She is highly skilled in working with families, children, and adolescents and believes in a holistic approach to psychotherapy. Now taking New Patients!
